Cancellation Policy?

We kindly ask for all cancellation requests to be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. If a cancellation is not made within the specified time frame, your booking deposit will no longer be redeemable. This will also apply in the event of a no show.

When to book half head vs full head foils?

We recommended first time clients looking for highlights to book for a full head colouring service (foils or balayage). In most scenarios a full colour service will give you the desired look and will allow our team time to achieve this for you. Once you have visited us once, we will let you know what to book for your next visit.

I can’t book in for a Trim Cut through your booking system?

A trim is not “just a trim”. Please book in for a style cut and have one of our experienced stylists look after you. If you are looking for a complete change of style or length, please book in for a ladies restyle.

Styling for Events, Weddings, Editorial & Runway?

We offer in-salon and onsite styling for events and weddings. For weddings please call to schedule a consultation or book this via our booking system. For editorial/runway please email

What if i’m running late?

If you are running late, even if you have made contact with the salon we may have to have your appointment rescheduled out of courtesy to our next client.

Do you offer consultations?

We provide complimentary consultations for cut, colour, keratin, extension and styling. We require a consultation to be booked before a first visit extension appointment. If this is your first visit to our salon for any service or are unsure of who you would like to see or what you would like to do we encourage you to take advantage of this complimentary service. This can be booked via our booking system or over the phone.

How do I know what length my hair is for booking a service?

Let us help! Short hair is considered to the ear lobe, Medium hair is between the ear lobe and above the shoulder, Long hair is below the shoulder but above the arm pit and extra long hair is below the arm pit. This is to be used as guide only.

Do you use or carry any paraben, sulfate or cruelty free haircare products?

Yes, we do! Renzo is proud to stock Eleven Australia, K18, R+Co and R+Color. 

R+Co products are formulated without parabens, sulfates, mineral oil and petrolatum. They are all vegan, cruelty-free, gluten-free and color-safe

Eleven Australia use high performing, quality ingredients that make your hair feel amazing. They are paraben free, do not test on animals, and have a vast selection of products that are vegan and gluten-free
